• *Also there is a bus service from JR Nagano station. Please take Shiga-Kogen Line of Nagaden Bus.
• *You can take a taxi from Nagano Dentetsu Yudanaka station to Jigokudani Parking.
• *It takes 15mins by foot from Jigokudani Parking to the Jigokudani Yaen-koen.
• *No wheelchairs and carts are accessible in either approach due to unpaved roads, uneven surfaces and steps.

The trail from Kanbayashi Onsen to Jigokudani has some slopes, but it is flat in most parts of the way. It is about 2 kilometers and takes approximately 30mins walk. This trail has been also used for watering to the bottom village. You might meet Japanese Serows or squirrels on the way to Jigokudani. Enjoy your hiking in the clean air with listening to the bards singing.
